The Moto G7 series is getting clearer by the day as we lead up to its launch in February. While Motorola is yet to confirm the date, the event is widely expected to happen in Brazil. Additionally, all report point to four Moto G7 phones – the regular G7, G7 Play, G7 Power and G7 Plus. A new report now claims to know the prices of the Moto G7 Play and G7 Power and the same report provides some fresh renders that once again reaffirm the design as well.
According to a report by MySmartPrice, the Moto G7 Play will cost EUR 149 (approx Rs 12,000) in European markets and will be the most affordable of the lot. The G7 Play will come in two colours – Gold and Blue. The G7 Power will slot just above the G7 Play with a price of EUR 209 (approx Rs 17,000). This phone will be offered in Black and White color options. The report does not mention the pricing of the Moto G7 and G7 Plus, but claims the former will come in Black and White colours while the latter will come in Red and Blue colours.
The latest renders keep in line with what we have come to know about the upcoming Moto G7 phones. The Moto G7 and G7 Plus will come with waterdrop displays with a tiny droplet-style notch. The rear panel will likely be made up of glass and the phones will offer dual rear cameras and a fingerprint sensor embedded in the Moto logo. Meanwhile, the Moto G7 Play and G7 Power will offer traditional iPhone X-like wide notches.
As for the hardware, the Moto G7 and G7 Play are said to come with Snapdragon 632 and Snapdragon 660 chips, respectively. Meanwhile, a recent Geekbench listing mentioned a Snapdragon 625 processor which will likely power either the Moto G7 Play or G7 Power or both. The G7 Power is also rumoured to come with a massive 5,000mAh battery to live up to its name.
